This years resolution is to "follow through". I'm going to make an
effort this year to complete the things I say I'm going to do. I often
get discouraged and give up or find an excuse not to do things.
This morning I followed through with my plan to take a morning hike up
the mountain behind my house. I haven't done it in so long because I
always find an excuse not to.
It feels good to follow through.
In archery follow through is arguably the most important thing in the
shot process because it is the result of good setup and execution.
You can't have a good follow through without doing those things
correctly.
So my process oriented goal for the year is "follow through" in all
you do ! Has a nice ring to it, no?
